Our client is seeking a Trust & Safety Investigations Analyst to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing global product policy and standards on product platforms. They will also collaborate with stakeholders and vendors within one or more teams to develop and implement product policies and standards for a wide variety of our clients’ products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain innovative and policy-relevant processes to advance our clients capabilities and user safety in their products.
- Identify and investigate trends to define and implement enforcement strategies to address content-related abuse, questionable business practices, and violations of our clients’ advertising policy.
- Manage and respond to escalations from internal and external parties.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a data analysis/policy analysis/process improvement role, preferable within Trust & Safety
- Experience with project management and process optimization with a data analytics component.
- Knowledge of the Internet, web-research, online advertising, fraud detection, numerical analysis, and e-commerce.
