We manage international payroll and contract management as needed for our clients, all in full compliance with local legal, tax and HR regulations. We have fully compliant entities in place that comply with the regulations needed to provide our payroll service in Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Spain, France, Sweden and Poland.

Across these countries we operate our in-house payroll service for our own directly hired permanent and temporary staff and we can provide you with a full service payroll solution, where your preidentified candidate will be treated as if they were one of our own. We have all the necessary documentation including but not limited to full Business Registration Certificate, licencing, VAT / TAX registration and local business bank accounts for the territories in which we operate.

Calculator

A detailed cost calculator with full break down of all the employee and employer taxes will be provided up front. All statutory benefits will be included as a minimum or if you provide higher level of benefits they will be included.

Contracts

Our contract will be provided to the candidate and client in English and their local language. These are fully compliant and have been developed by our local HR, Legal and Accounting partners in each country. Additions or adjustments can be considered in these contracts.

Onboarding

Our onboarding team will work with the preidentified candidate to assist them in being fully compliant legally and tax wise in the selected country and with your company onboarding processes.

Time Recording and Holidays

Our online time system will record time worked, holidays, public holidays, sickness and expenses. It will also give the preidentified candidates access to the contract, our country hand books and onboarding material.

Payment

On-time and correct salary payments will be made from a local bank into the employee’s local bank account, reducing transfer delays and costs. Full local payslips will explain payments, tax deducations, etc.

Invoicing

We will invoice through one of our entities in Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Spain, France, Belgium, Poland or Sweden and in the most suitable currency: sterling, euro, zlotty or krone. Fully VAT compliant in the invoicing country. We will hedge the currency to fix it at the agreed bill rate, removing any fluctuations due to currency exchange changes.

Off boarding

Our contractor care team will work with the employee to make sure the off boarding process is as smooth as possible and is fully compliant with local regulations. Any statutory off boarding charges will be notified and built in as part of the employer costs so there are no hidden or large surprises at the end.

Cost

There are no hidden charges with employers or potential offboarding costs, as they are clearly stated in advance and even built into the agreed bill rates if suitable. All of this for a very competitive percentage fee, with no upfront fees or payments required.
