Our story
Allen Recruitment agency began in 1998, with the aim of revolutionising recruitment through revamped, tech-powered processes. Our solution was solidified just five years ago, when we added a call-scheduling tool to our arsenal. This allowed us to use a tech-powered approach that utilised experts at every step of the recruitment process.
Since then, we’ve gone from strength to strength and are now of the most trusted recruitment agencies in Dublin. We now have staff working from 12 different countries, and we’re expecting to grow to 125 team members by the end of 2024.
Through all of this, our embrace of new technology has given us an edge and allowed us to pioneer a new way of recruiting talent, making use of AI and machine learning alongside the expert abilities of our specialist consultants. That’s why we are always ranked as the best or second best recruitment agency our clients work with.
Who we are

We’ve gone from 12 people in a room in Dublin to having offices in seven countries and a team living in 12 different countries. As a leading Irish recruitment agency, we now make permanent, contract and temporary/contingent placements in IT, Finance, Pharma across the many countries we are in and more.
Five years ago we found the final piece of our puzzle in the form of an automatic call-scheduling tool, and since then we’ve become the future of the recruitment industry.
