Based in Malmo, our client is one of the globally recognized retailers. They are looking for a Transformation Project Manager to support and facilitate the planning, management of risks & issues, and oversee the implementation of project changes.
The successful candidate will work closely with the project manager and other central cluster resources to ensure that people, change, communication, and training are included in the project plan. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in project management and change implementation.
Contract type: B2B or temporary agency contract
Duration: 4 months initially
Daily rate: 5,600 SEK
Work model: Remote in Sweden with occasional trips to Malmo

Overall Responsibilities:
- Facilitating effective change management processes to implement BOT solutions across different countries.
- Supporting project planning and risk management activities while overseeing the execution of project changes in individual countries.
- Cultivating a culture of transparency, collaboration, and empowerment within the organization.
- Collaborating closely with project managers and central resources to integrate people, change, communication, and training aspects into project plans.
- Coaching and mentoring local change leads and project teams to develop and implement effective readiness and change plans.
- Guiding countries in conducting stakeholder analyses and developing engagement plans.
- Ensuring that local change impacts are identified, communicated, and integrated into country-level plans.
- Managing and mitigating transition and change-related risks and issues while driving corrective actions as needed.
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- 2+ years of experience in internal and external change implementations.
- Experience in project and implementations.
- Proven advanced training in change management or equivalent.
- Solid experience with leading in change and organisational transformation.
