You will also be providing tax support and advice to the company’s routine and treasury activities.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxes in Ireland and other European countries.
- Stay informed about the company’s business developments, investments, activities, and strategies to identify tax benefit opportunities.
- Offer tax support and advice for the company’s routine operations, including conducting tax impact analyses for digital services in Ireland and the wider region.
- Provide tax assistance for the company’s treasury operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant business units to ensure timely communication regarding transactions with tax implications and opportunities for tax planning.
- Maintain connections with external advisors to understand Huawei’s business operations comprehensively and receive timely support for key projects.
What do you need?
- Educational background in accounting and taxation or similar.
- Demonstrated expertise in Irish tax law. Familiarity with tax regulations in other EU countries is advantageous.
- A professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
- Preferred prior experience in global indirect tax compliance.
- Mandarin language proficiency is nice to have.
