We’re seeking an exceptional Software Development Manager to spearhead our client’s innovative projects. As the Software Development Manager, you’ll lead and nurture our client’s talented software development team, working closely with executive management to shape and execute a visionary technology strategy aligned with business goals. Collaborating directly with our client’s CEO & CIO and other stakeholders, you’ll be instrumental in delivering industry-leading solutions.

Your Role:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Inspire and empower a world-class team of engineers, product managers, UX designers, and data analysts.
- Foster accountability and autonomy within the team.
- Cultivate a collaborative and productive environment that encourages open communication.
- Monitor team performance and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
- Lead ISO certification and implement a Quality Management System.
- Establish and enforce technology policies and standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Product Innovation and Technical Leadership:
- Drive the development of cutting-edge products.
- Develop short- and long-term strategic technology roadmaps.
- Shape a forward-thinking technology vision.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Development Team Manager, ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and project management frameworks.
- Proficiency in Agile principles and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with tech stack is advantageous (DevOps, AWS, Python Flask, REST API, HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS).
