Responsibilities:
- Analyze company-owned channel engagement and provide insights for activated creators across various initiatives and events.
- Identify online customer behaviors to expand audience reach.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of earned social media conversations, competitive intelligence, and audience segmentation for media intelligence initiatives.
- Advise teams on social media activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and offer data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify trends and anomalies in media data for optimizing strategies and campaigns.
- Perform data mining and exploratory analysis to uncover opportunities for improving media intelligence processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the team’s knowledge base on data analysis and visualization best practices and emerging technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in digital analytics
- Experience setting up measurement strategies
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their functionalities.
- Extensive knowledge of online audiences and how users engage with news and media content.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Tweetdeck, Cision, Brandwatch, Talkwalker) to extract and analyze audience data.
