Based in Dublin, our client is a branded, global software research and development firm with numerous product specialisms including on-demand financial management and human capital management .
They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Order Analyst to join their team on an 11 months Hybrid, contract in Dublin.
As a Sales Order Analyst, you will be responsible for pricing via a pre-built excel workbook, inputting data into the quoting tool, opportunity review, agreement creation, and then working with the local Deal Management and Renewals team for corrections and discrepancy resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Highly organized team player that can function well under pressure and with speed
- An enthusiastic self-starter with good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Review Customer Quotes, Orders and Agreements, identifying discrepancies, non-standard terms, and work with the Deal and Renewal teams
- Daily processing of incoming orders, excel workbook calculations, quoting and order packages with speed and accuracy
- Knowledge and/or ability to learn different financial and operational programs such as: com, Microsoft Excel and Apttus
- Provide input to improve processes and efficiencies
- Responsible for other projects and duties as needed in the department
The ideal candidate has:
- 1-3 years related or adjacent work experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest improvements and collaborate with others to generate ideas for improved processes
- Proven ability to make effective decisions by analysing information and considering priorities and diversify your skills and get involved in other aspects of Sales Operations
