Our client is an international software R&D company delivering cutting edge solutions and multiple software products in the MedTech / MedDevice sector. They are hiring a SaaS Sales Manager who has a minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS Sales.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the successful candidate will be tasked with growing our clients current implementation footprint in the Irish market.

Overall Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enter new markets, expand our customer base, and maximize revenue opportunities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and industry liaisons to drive business development initiatives
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to the members of the sales team, to help improve their skills, motivation, and overall performance
- Collaborate with our clients marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align with company’s goals and drive customer-centric solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and new developments to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of 3+ years of previous experience in a SaaS sales role
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in managing a sales team, preferably in the tech industry
- Exceptional people management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve outstanding results
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on business opportunities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team
