As our client expands, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Service Delivery & Fulfilment Project Manager with expertise in Solar PV Energy Storage Systems. In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of large-scale corporate projects in Germany, collaborating closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Foster crucial customer relationships while overseeing ongoing projects and aligning with project timelines.
- Provide essential project delivery support by managing delivery channels, both partner and internal.
- Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’, executing and optimizing solutions tailored to their business needs, while adeptly managing risks and issues.
- Proactively address network challenges and swiftly manage unexpected incidents to ensure project success.
- Take charge of project support, delivery channel management, and resolution of partner delivery issues.
What Do You Bring:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Physics, Electrical/Electrochemical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Solar/Photovoltaic/Energy Storage Systems, focusing on large-scale customer service/delivery.
- Project Management qualification (PMP or similar certification preferred).
- Proficient in project delivery and maintenance service support.
- Fluent German skills with Business English proficiency (B2).
- Available for onsite client meetings in Germany and occasional business travel.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Physics, Electrical / Electrochemical Engineering or similar
