Are you passionate about leading diverse projects and achieving impactful results? We are seeking a talented Non-IT Program Manager to join our client’s dynamic team.

You will be joining a top Social Media multinational and the team working on a new Virtual Reality product.

 

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to plan, direct, and coordinate activities across various non-IT fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out.

 

Contract Type: PAYE

Duration: 12 months

Location: London, the UK

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Salary: Starting from 73k

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Coordination: Develop detailed plans to achieve project goals and oversee the integration of technical activities.
  • Client Engagement: Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members, fostering staff development and competence.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Contract Management: Review and recommend/approve contracts and cost estimates for projects.
  • Product Design Oversight: Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.
  • Client Consultation: Consult and negotiate with clients to define project specifications.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3-7 years of program/project management experience gained a big multinational or a tech start up
  • Data-savvy (Excel)

 

Beneficial, but not a must:

  • Consumer hardware experience
  • Selling software experience B2B
  • Any VR experience would be nice
  • Experience in a multinational company is a plus

 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
