We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement Office team for an 11-months, hybrid PAYE contract in Dublin Ireland. This role is responsible for facilitating the procurement process, including project intake, supplier onboarding, contract management, and providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate end-to-end procurement processes, from project intake to contract management, ensuring smooth operations at every stage.
- Conduct thorough intake calls, gather essential project details, initiate supplier onboarding procedures, and oversee contract routing for signatures, maintaining meticulous records throughout.
- Monitor project progress and aging reports meticulously, proactively identifying potential delays and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
- Evaluate training requirements within the team, contribute to the development of comprehensive training materials, and conduct engaging training sessions to enhance team competency.
- Cultivate strong and mutually beneficial relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to achieving procurement objectives.
The ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Operations, or business-related fields
- 3+ years of customer service experience, help desk experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the Source to Pay processes.
- Experience with the following tools is a plus: Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS), Workday Tools, Outlook, Microsoft 365 Suite, Slack, Other S2P products
