Responsibilities:
- Address escalated issues and triage when necessary.
- Implement various internal and external integrations between business objectives.
- Design and build strategies supporting these business systems.
- Drive company-wide opportunities by evaluating new market and product initiatives.
- Conduct data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, and synthesize information to influence decision-making.
- Perform strategic analysis to optimise business performance and deliver best-in-class execution.
- Provide general support and analyses to leaders for ad-hoc data requests.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a data analysis role
- Proficient SQL skills
- Ability to analyse datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
