As an Operations Contract Specialist you will analyse opportunities, craft creative business deals, and execute transactions. In this role you will serve as trusted advisors to Sales, supporting the development and execution of commercial structures for direct deals with end clients.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate alignment and communication between Cloud’ Sales Teams, internal stakeholders, and external customers/partners to resolve business and contractual issues promptly.
- Validate all aspects of contractual packages for accuracy and compliance with Business Practices and approvals process while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate best practices through analyses, projects, and reporting to contribute to the continued growth of sales operations.
Role Requirements
- 3+ Years experience supporting sales teams in creating new contracts and executing requests within existing contracts, such as purchase orders.
- Background assisting Sales and external customers with contract interpretation, discussions, and administration of Service agreements (SLAs) and sales contracts.
- Knowledge of Data Protection and Security concepts in Cloud Computing.
- Ability to navigate within complex processes and in multiple tools.
- Legal Background beneficial
- Fluent German speaker desirable
