Now hiring a Graduate News Media Analyst to join them on a permanent basis on a hybrid working model.

Catering to large corporations and federal agencies, they assist in navigating dynamic and varied media landscapes, unravelling the trends that mold their respective industries.

You will play a crucial role in managing multiple accounts and daily deliverables that will enable clients to identify key trends in their news coverage.

This dynamic role involves utilizing cutting-edge technology, curating customized client newsletters, and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to ensure the highest standards of service.

Working Model: Hybrid, onsite 2-3 days per week
Location:  can be based in Dublin, or Cavan or Waterford

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize in-house technology to prioritize and analyze daily domestic and international news for clients
  • Curate daily customized client newsletters, highlighting significant company and stakeholder mentions as well as industry trends
  • Manage internal account resources to provide accurate, qualitative insights to teams and clients
  • Develop and lead account-specific training based on client preferences
  • Collaborate with Associate Analysts, other Media Analysts, Reporting Specialists, and the Strategic Partnerships team to achieve customer goals and provide in-depth media analysis

What does the ideal candidate look like?

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree in political science, humanitarian studies, sociology, or related fields.
  • Well-acquainted with the political and social landscape, avid news reader, and enjoys staying informed about global events.
  • Excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing, with a passion for research.
  • Exceptional proficiency in the English language.
  • A background in the media or communications sector
  • A passion for reading the news and staying up to date with current events
