Our client are searching for ambitious, pro-active person to join the Business Assurance Regional Communication team to support adapt and implement Global Marketing Communication strategies in the French market.

As the Marketing Communication Specialist for France, you’ll be responsible for collaborating with a Global Marketing Communications team and ensuring the Global Marketing Communications strategy is implemented locally in France along with being responsible for any adaptations that may need to be made to ensure adherence to any local regulations.

What you will be responsible for?

Crafting Comprehensive Strategies:

  • Initiate, develop, and execute robust marketing and communication strategies that captivate internal and external audiences.
  • Utilise a dynamic blend of digital and physical channels with a laser focus on generating leads and optimising performance metrics across the entire marketing mix.

Strategic Alignment:

  • Ensure seamless alignment with regional strategies and plans.
  • Cultivate strong collaboration with local Sales, Business Development, Operations, and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively engage in market-specific segments through dedicated marketing and communication activities.

Lead Generation Mastery:

  • Drive impactful lead generation through a variety of channels, including events, webinars, co-branded activities, content marketing, digital and social campaigns, and PR initiatives.
  • Maintain alignment with the corporate identity and overarching strategy roadmap, ensuring consistency and synergy in external communications plans.

Financial Stewardship:

  • Exercise fiscal responsibility by managing the local Communication budget.
  • Ensure alignment with the regional Communication manager’s guidance, making budget decisions based on the effective execution of communication plans..

What you need to be Considered

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficient in both French and English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with techniques and methodologies in web, digital, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in managing key Go-To-Market channels, including events, email marketing, digital, web & social, and external communications/PR.
  • Competence in utilising marketing tools such as CRM, CMS, and Content Marketing.
