Our client is seeking a proficient Localisation Quality Assurance Project Coordinator. This role involves supporting and collaborating with vendor quality stakeholders, overseeing quality at the vendor level in cross-vendor engagements, and ensuring compliance with guidelines in cross-vendor communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and collaborate with vendor quality stakeholders.
- Supervise and maintain quality standards across vendors in collaborative projects.
- Monitor cross-vendor communications to ensure adherence to guidelines and provide assistance as needed.
- Facilitate the recruitment, testing, onboarding, and training of LQA specialists.
- Support quality operations and processes, including translation feedback, linguistic asset maintenance, and LQA tasks.
- Manage and prioritize inquiries from general vendor linguists.
- Provide internal and external quality reports.
- Maintain up-to-date internal trackers and share quality data with stakeholders as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of experience in localization project or quality management, preferably on the vendor side.
- BA/BS in translation, linguistics or equivalent.
- Experience with localization platforms, file formats, CAT tools, and translation management systems, such as SDL Trados Studio, Idiom WorldServer, or similar.
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with culturally diverse audiences.
- Exposure to Localization quality management best practices.
- Additional language strongly desired.
- Previous experience with cross-vendor communications in localization environments.
