Our client, a global provider of information and communications technology infrastructure and smart devices, is seeking a Legal Specialist for a permanent role in Dublin.
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts for different business lines, managing legal efforts in response to contentious inquiries, and designing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also work with cross-functional and regional teams and provide support on legal matters of varying complexity, sensitivity, and tangibility.

Responsibilities:
• Support in crafting and negotiating various contracts across diverse business sectors.
• Oversee legal responses to challenging inquiries from both external parties and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Assess and draft business policies and procedural documents, particularly concerning legal compliance matters.
• Offer forward-thinking, pragmatic legal guidance to all involved parties.
Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law or related disciplines.
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial property and disputes resolution.
• 2+ years’ experience in contract drafting and contract negotiations.
• Relevant experience in either private practice or in-house (telecom experience not required).
