Our client is on the lookout for an accomplished Spanish speaking Intellectual Property Specialist to join their team in Dublin on a fully remote basis in Ireland!

THE ROLE:
As an Intellectual Property Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining user trust and upholding the commitment to excellence. You’ll dive deep into reports and data, collaborating with a diverse team of stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise in property policies and drive improvements across the board.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and process reports of alleged legal rights infringement.
- Take ownership of key market metrics such as SLAs, quality, and escalation rates.
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover insights and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal processes and policies.
- Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects in collaboration with Legal and other stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in project management and intellectual property policies.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE THAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
•Fluent Spanish
2-4 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience, preferably with a background in operations/risk and response.
