Our client is a leading technology company revolutionizing the financial industry, and they are seeking a proactive Integrated Marketing Manager to join their International Marketing Team. In this role, you’ll lead and execute integrated campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the brand’s marketing strategy.
You will join them initially on a 12-month FTC on a hybrid working model in London.
They are currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Leadership: Take charge of integrated campaign execution, including co-marketing initiatives across various channels to amplify the brand messaging.
- Asset Management: Oversee the development and approval process of marketing assets, ensuring alignment with legal/compliance guidelines.
- Agency Coordination: Lead agency relationships and manage implementation and analysis across social, paid media, and creative agencies.
- Strategic Planning: Define short and long-term marketing plans that align with business objectives, leveraging analytics and collaboration with global teams.
- Marketing Calendar: Develop and execute the UK marketing calendar as a central reference point for all marketing activities.
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with analytics teams to establish campaign metrics, analyze performance, and present insights to key stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Input, monitor, and track marketing budgets accurately to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Product Launches: Drive go-to-market strategies for upcoming products, including briefing agencies, coordinating channel plans, and reporting to broader marketing teams.
- Brand Custodianship: Oversee creative asset development, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and customer insights.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a liaison across teams, maintaining clarity and transparency on campaign and product information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years’ experience marketing for consumer-facing brands in the UK.
- Experience developing regional marketing strategies and integrated consumer campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience developing bold, breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns.
- Effective and inspiring partner to agencies and partners.
