With centuries of high-quality production and pan-European presence, they are seeking 5 dedicated Field Service Engineers specialised in Turbochargers to join their team in their expanding team in Antwerp, Belgium.

Job Description:
- Carry out maintenance and repair work on turbochargers.
- Lead service technicians in maintenance commissioning, performance tests, troubleshooting & root cause analysis.
- Perform all kinds of maintenance, including planned, unplanned, preventive, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in preventive vibration measurement and analysis and perform preventive maintenance based on this analysis.
- Install, implement, and troubleshoot field services.
- Complete individual tasks and sub-packages independently.
- Provide operational support in all stages of a project.
- Implement HSE standards in maintenance activities.
- Identify spare parts requirements for maintenance activities.
- Analyze maintenance data and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Qualified marine engineer or field service technician with at least 3 years of maintenance experience on turbochargers.
- Technical training/background with knowledge of electronic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work under time pressure with excellent technical and commercial skills.
- Service-oriented, a team player, and flexible.
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Ability to travel often and at short notice in Europe (valid driver’s license).
