In this fully remote from the Republic of Ireland position, you will be the Business Process Improvement Lead for priority CS Roadmap programs, where you will be part of the project working group and take on responsibilities for process analysis and design, pilot design and execution and control plan development.

They are currently seeking a dynamic and accomplished Business Process Improvement Manager to join them for an exciting 12-month temporary opportunity.

What will you do?   

  • Lead key roles in priority CS Roadmap programs, including process analysis, pilot program development, and control plan creation.
  • Collaborate across teams, including Experience Architects, Segment Managers, Service Improvement Managers, and Regional Operations Managers, to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives. These projects focus on enhancing specific CS business processes for improved operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Partner with Shared Services, Policy, and Support Product teams to assess process impacts and design changes for high-priority initiatives as part of Change Management.
  • Collaborate with CS Analytics to establish process measurement systems, analyze data, and drive decision-making. Utilize data analytics tools to support process improvements.
  • Deliver successful improvement projects with measurable positive impacts and ensure a smooth transition to operations for sustained results, including feature launches.

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in leading and supporting cross-functional project teams for implementing operational changes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a similar field
  • Strong knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma methodology for process improvement projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to collect and analyze data for identifying root causes of problems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate progress and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
