As an Accounting Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in the finance team, ensuring meticulous financial record-keeping and compliance with industry standards.
Location: Poland remote (also open for candidates based in Bulgaria, Romania, and Croatia)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the general ledger, and performing bank reconciliations.

You’ll also assist in financial reporting, budget monitoring, and maintaining organized records.

Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors will be key as you resolve financial inquiries and discrepancies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

3-7 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.

Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
