About the Team:
- You’ll be joining the Platform Technologies team, responsible for the platform’s health and data integrity.
- They handle issues related to databases, upgrades, plugins, reporting, and developer tools.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues for internal and external customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and case hygiene.
- Act as a customer advocate, supporting platform users and administrators.
- Troubleshoot complex technical situations related to the client’s platform functionalities.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain technical expertise and share knowledge with customers.
- Suggest process improvements and collaborate with internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels.
- Create knowledge base articles for improved efficiency and customer empowerment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related experience within a technical support environment.
- A Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or related technical degree) desired
- Understanding of Object-oriented programming languages like Java.
- Understanding and knowledge of the components in the web applications stack.
- Knowledge of the scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).
