ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s EMEA Tech Recruiting team, driving strategic initiatives and shaping the future of tech talent acquisition. This role isn’t just about filling positions; it’s about creating exceptional candidate experiences and fostering long-term relationships with industry leaders. Your expertise and creativity will directly contribute to our client’s continued growth and success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with the recruiting team to deeply understand hiring needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.

Engage and Manage Candidates: Identify, engage, and build relationships with top talent, ensuring a great fit for our client.

Leverage Data and Tools: Use advanced tools and data insights to continuously enhance recruiting effectiveness.

Strategic Pipeline Management: Plan and execute pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a steady stream of top candidates.

Build Long-Term Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with industry-leading professionals to maintain a strong talent network.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience: 4-5+ years experience in tech recruitment gained in ideally a start-up organization or at least a tech multinational

Tech Savvy: You have sourced tech profiles and understand the profiles that you need to source.

Expert Sourcing Skills: Proficient in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Gem, and experienced with applicant tracking systems to identify and manage passive, qualified candidates.
* experience recruiting mobile roles would be a nice advantage, but not a must
