Our client is a multinational fintech company specializing in payment innovation. They are currently seeking a Cyber Tech Manager to join their Fraud Products team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new capabilities for the company’s Decision Management Platform, which serves as the core for multiple business solutions to combat fraud and validate customer identity.

Location: Dublin 18, Ireland (hybrid 1-3 days per week)
Role Description:
- Provide detailed technical product management and analysis of product or application hardware and software to ensure CyberSecurity related business and functional requirements are met.
- Serve as a technical and functional subject matter expert for Cyber Fraud / IAM
- Perform analysis of system requirements, elaborating them into user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile methodology format.
- Facilitate scoping sessions and lead review sessions of technical requirements/stories.
- Produce complete analysis documentation of system requirements.
- Identify gaps in requirements.
- Gather requirements from Product Owners and business stakeholders.
All About You:
- Min 5+ years of proven experience in technical product management/software, ideally in the finance or IT sectors.
- High-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Prior experience gathering technical requirements for Java backend systems and web UIs, with REST-based web services, JSON, XML.
- Detailed technical appreciation in one or more of the following: Prometheus, Dynatrace, SplunkSyn, SSL, SSH and encryption
- Experience with technical analysis of product or application hardware and software to ensure business and functional requirements are met.
