Our client is seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Hospitality Experience who will transform the local experience economy by supporting hosts in mastering their business. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind host success, business optimization, and community impact, ensuring every guest experience leaves a lasting impression.
Duration: until 31st Dec 2024, possibility for extension or permanency
Contract: Temporary PAYE
Location: Remote in the London area, UK
Visa Sponsorship: Not available
Pay: Up to £98,000/year, based on experience
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Market Optimization: Identify new opportunities for growth, innovation, and success in your market. Your strategic insights will help shape the future of the local experience landscape.
- Host Business Support: Collaborate with hosts to elevate their skills in marketing, operations, and customer service, helping them achieve excellence.
- Quality Assurance: Personally inspect and experience offerings to ensure the highest standards, while guiding hosts on best practices.
- Host Advocacy: Partner with local teams to champion host concerns and innovations, helping our client’s leadership drive meaningful change.
- Content & Demand: Work closely with hosts on creating stunning content (photo, video) and referral programs to amplify their reach.
- Community Engagement: Serve as the go-to connection between hosts and our client, leading brainstorming sessions to spark fresh ideas and unique experiences.
