Role Description
As the Senior Product Manager, you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle for critical features and offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver world-class solutions that drive value for their eyecare customers.
Must Have Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a track record of owning and scaling SaaS products
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle: from product vision / strategy / roadmap ownership and discovery to delivery and performance measurement
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing) in an Agile environment
- Technical acumen: Comfortable discussing software architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical trade-offs with engineering teams
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Pendo, Woopra, Google Analytics, or Tableau to make data-driven decisions
Nice to Have Skills
- An MBA
- Experience in the healthcare or medtech industry
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or APIs
