Role Description
As the Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing business knowledge through meetings and interviews with stakeholders, executing Business Process Analysis (BPA), including As-Is mapping, To-Be modelling, Gap analysis, and drafting of Business Cases and Business Requirements. You will also be responsible for organising interviews, chairing meetings, and translating your findings into clear and actionable business analysis documents, business process models, and business architecture-related artefacts and documentation.
Must Have Skills
- Practical experience in the use of modelling and analysis tools (e.g. ARIS Business Designer)
- Knowledge of modelling languages and notations (e.g. BPMN, EPC, Archimate, UML, etc.)
- Capacity to document complex business and IT environments
- Knowledge of gap analysis techniques
- Ability to use a project management tool (e.g. MS Project)
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in business analysis and business process modelling
- Experience in business process improvement and business process management (BPM)
- Experience in the field as Business Architect, Business Process Analyst or Business Designer
