About the Role:
As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be based at our clients Dublin headquarters and collaborate with established DevOps processes and Agile Development teams. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of critical DevOps functions, lead prioritisation of issues, and work with the latest technology in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage software on production systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, security, and availability.
- Implement a continuous delivery process, supporting deployment, build, release, and configuration management of production systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across infrastructure and application domains.
- Collaborate with development teams to onboard new applications into the CI/CD process.
- Maintain and enhance the Continuous Integration environment, monitor builds, manage configurations, and resolve CI issues in real-time.
- Work closely with architects, developers, and engineers to support all development phases, including production releases.
- Deploy software in cloud environments and assist with Azure Infrastructure automation.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD processes.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in Release Engineering and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proficiency in YAML pipelines, Git, and SCM strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a diverse, multicultural team.
- Strong documentation abilities and attention to detail.
- Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.
