As a Sales Talent Sourcer, you will be central to our client’s EMEA Sales Recruitment team, working closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify top-tier sales professionals.

We are seeking a Sourcer to join our Sales Recruitment team, leveraging tools, data, and creativity to develop targeted recruitment strategies and cultivate a robust network of experienced professionals. You will act as a representative of our core values and innovative culture, engaging with hiring teams and candidates worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers and  the recruitment team to understand their hiring requirements
  • Identifying, engaging, and managing candidates who are a strong fit for the client who are in the digital advertising and marketing space
  • Using data and tools to continually enhance recruitment effectiveness
  • Strategically planning and executing talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with top industry talent

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, Gem) and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process
  • The ability to proactively network and build effective working relationships with both candidates and internal hiring teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of the client and their vacancies
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at various stages in the hiring process
  • Strong analytical skills, with the capability to track sourcing metrics, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies
  • A curious and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to source for new roles, research talent availability, and develop creative solutions to recruitment challenges
