YOUR ROLE:
As a Sales Agent, you will be the cornerstone of the client relationships, ensuring that Polish-speaking customers receive top-notch service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships: Provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues via phone or email.

Account management: Open new accounts, update personal information, and offer ongoing support.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Fluency in Polish and English (Both Oral and Written)

Driven sales mentality, with previous sales or customer service experience, gained within a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of the financial sector, investment products, and online trading platforms is highly desirable
