We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Sales Executive within our client’s Vehicle Department. Location: Dublin 22 (Onsite)
Salary: €30,000 – €40,000 (DOE)

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers while also developing new leads. You will be selling a variety of services in the vehicle department, which manages the entire asset realization process for clients, including collection, valuation, storage, re-marketing, and auctioning of vehicles. The role involves working with major fleet companies, financial institutions, motor dealer networks, and private sellers. It is both customer-facing and operational, suited to a motivated and organized individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Sell services within the Vehicle Department
  • Develop new customer leads and engage with potential vendors
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Support daily operations of the vehicle auction department
  • Learn auctioneering skills through comprehensive training
  • Attend offsite meetings with vendors and customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales environment (experience in the motor or van industry is a plus, but not essential)
  • Proven sales track record with a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn auctioneering
  • IT proficiency
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
