Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Site Operations Manager to deliver marketing plans aligning with yearly, Quarterly and monthly objectives.
- Leverage in-store touchpoints to boost conversion, cross-sell, and increase Average Transaction Value (ATV) across multiple product lines.
- Lead various marketing projects such as a rebranding project to keep brand visuals, content, and cross-platform consistency fresh and engaging.
- Partner with various teams including Visual Merchandising, Sales, Retail Operations, and external media partners to increase market reach.
- Coordinate promotional events, oversee campaign logistics, and manage budget allocations to ensure optimal resource use and ROI.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets and plans, including websites, landing pages, and SEO-optimised content, while directing CRM initiatives and sales analytics reporting.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team on demand forecasting, market trends, and category recommendations to ensure accurate product assortment and packaging.
- Track market trends and conduct category analysis to recommend strategic shifts as needed.
