Do you have 360 recruitment experience within the Construction or Facilities Management recruitment world – and would like to recruit within the US Markets!??

We are partnering an exceptional Recruitment Company in London, who are looking to bring on board another Recruitment Consultant – for their US Markets. They have been at the forefront of powering businesses globally with tailored staffing solutions across the Facilities Management, Construction, Data Centres & Energy sectors. With operations spanning the UK, Europe & North America.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier talent across North America for our new and existing clients supporting them with staffing solutions.

They are really looking for someone who is:

• Ambitious Career-Driven Mindset: Motivated by a strong ambition to advance their career and make a lasting impact in the field of recruitment. Especially a desire to work and travel in the US.
• Ability to Work Flexible Hours in Alignment with USA Time zones: Adaptable to varying work hours to effectively serve clients and candidates within the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and nurture trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Proactively expand and diversify our client portfolio.
• Demonstrate exceptional time-management and organizational skills to handle a diverse volume of job listings and applicants effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the interview and feedback process.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including our internal CRM, job boards, and social media to identify and screen potential candidates.
• Oversee the complete 360 recruitment process, from initial contact to contract management and negotiation of fees and pay rates.

Additional Benefits:
Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 – OTE c£65,000 – Uncapped Commission
• Attractive quarterly and annual team and individual incentives.
