A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PV Solution Manager to join an innovative company in the renewable energy sector. This company is a global leader in the industry, and this role will be based in either Vienna, Austria or Prague, Czech Republic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead an ambitious team and build-up market share by expanding businesses, partnerships, and entering new markets.
- Understand customer requirements and develop targeted strategies and solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Identify, qualify and close customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals.
- Product planning, analyze Technical demand/Product function/License Competitors’ strategy/operation Analysis.
- Support project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Master the basic theory & knowledge of Solar Inverter technology.
- Familiarity with PV system design, including sizing of the PV strings, equipment selection, cable sizing, system optimization.
- Basic knowledge of BESS solutions.
- Knowledge of PV inverter technology, e.g. MPPT, LVRT, etc.
- Familiar with grid related topics, e.g. Grid code, load flow analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer, Information Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy or similar domain
- 3-5 years of working experience in the same field of work
- Excellent command of English and German (for Austria) or Czech (for Czech Republic) written and spoken
