Note: Due to travel requirements of the role which involve client site visits 1 – 2 times per month across Canada & USA applicants must hold Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status – able to travel without any restrictions.

The company is now seeking a talented Product Owner to join their customer success team in Burnaby, Vancouver.
Role Description
As the Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality solutions to our client’s customers in Canada and the USA, specifically:
- Onsite client visits, working with Customers and market experts to further develop and deliver top-quality solutions
- Coordinate solution development with Product Managers considering regional requirements
- To take ownership of these requirements and elaborate upon user stories to convey to the Scrum Team
- To own and prioritise the team’s product backlog
- Work with the Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Scrum Teams, and our Professional Services Team to deliver projects of high quality with a smooth transition from development to implementation and go-live
- Attend Scrum ceremonies
- Perform pre-sales requirements analysis with customers
- Attend customer site workshops and document the development requirements
- Hand over and train the professional services delivery team and customers in the new functionality developed by the team.
- Go on-site where necessary, particularly at the early stages of the delivery of new features
- To be the critical liaison between the Customer and Development team
Must Have Skills
- Min 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in SCRUM with a focus on software delivery
- Min 2+ years of Agile business analysis experience delivering successful products
- Excellent business and technical analytical skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and navigate to clear outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-location, multi-cultural and multi-time zone team
- Fluency in verbal and written English (an additional language would be an asset)

- CSPO certification
- Effective escalation skills with the ability to go up and down the management chain to resolve conflicts
- A positive attitude and a self-starter mentality, looking for opportunities to expand in an exciting and growing international company
- Strong emotional intelligence and systems design skills
- Attention to detail and perfectionist instincts that get the job done right, the first time
