Overview
Our client is a leading technology conglomerate with a strong global presence. They are seeking a highly skilled Producer to lead the development of their Avatars. This is a strategic role that requires exceptional communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency to achieve project goals. As a key player in the creative team, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving projects from conception through to completion.
This is a fully remote (within the UK) role, starting out as an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
Role Description
As the Producer (Digital Avatars), you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle for the Style 2 Avatars project. This includes ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, technical partners, and Art Managers, to clearly define project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Additionally, you will develop detailed project schedules and work plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet changing needs and requirements.
Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a production role within the gaming or technology sectors, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.
- Strong knowledge of the creative and technical processes involved in digital avatar production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at negotiation and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in using project management software, google sheets/docs and tools. Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
