Your Responsibilities:

  • Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with key channel players to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Expand Our Reach: Identify and onboard new channel partners, capitalising on emerging opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop customised account plans for each partner, aligning goals for maximum impact.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in networking, storage, and more.
  • Marketing & Sales Collaboration: Work with internal teams to implement joint marketing programs and sales initiatives.
  • Empower Partners: Provide partners with the knowledge and tools needed to sell and support our client’s products effectively.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance, providing detailed sales forecasts and actionable recommendations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Channel Sales or Enterprise Sales within the ICT industry, with a focus on IP and Networking solutions.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Irish Enterprise ICT market, with established contacts and a proven track record.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with strong analytical and project management abilities.
  • Drive: Highly motivated with a passion for developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships for sustained growth.
