We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client’s bustling office in Dublin, Ireland.

THE ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client’s Dublin office. You’ll ensure smooth operations across a wide range of functions, from facilities management and staff coordination to budget oversight and event planning. Your leadership will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of the team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Lead & Coordinate: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, streamlining workflows and boosting productivity.
  • Manage a Diverse Team: Provide guidance and support to a talented admin team across various business areas.
  • Staff Development: Evaluate performance and help your team grow through coaching and development.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage office budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Office Management: Supervise facilities, maintenance, and workspace allocation.
  • Event & Activity Coordination: Plan and oversee office events, recycling initiatives, and any necessary renovations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure that all office operations adhere to internal and external regulations.

ABOUT THE TEAM:
Join a friendly and diverse admin team of 15 professionals from the Netherlands, Belux, Ireland, and China. You will be responsible for various work modules and collaborate closely with your teammates. Reporting directly to the Admins Department Director, you will play a crucial role in our organization.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2-10 years experience in administrative roles with at least 1 year managerial experience
  • Experience managing a range of admin duties such as catering, dormitory, asset, and facility management
  • Previous event experience would be beneficial
  • Budget management experience
  • Computer-savvy and proficient in MS Office and Excel
