Our client is seeking a skilled Network Operation Engineer for a 12-month onsite PAYE contract to join their team in Dublin 4. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of their WAN network. This position involves close collaboration with suppliers, troubleshooting network issues, and maintaining network equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve circuit quality issues and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct on-site network inspections as required.
- Participate in troubleshooting major network faults.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of network equipment and technologies.
- Contribute to network optimization and performance improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has:
- 1+ years’ experience in network engineering
- Understand datacom or transmission, such as BGP OSPFISIS. CCNA or CCNP certificate is preferred.
- Familiar with Relevant network equipment, such as OSN9800、OSN1800、OSN8800、NE40E、CE12800 etc.
- Must have operational experiences with local carriers
- Good levels of English, Mandarin is an advantage
