Our client is a rapidly growing insurtech startup looking for a motivated and results-oriented MTPL & Casco Specialist to join their team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will play a key role in helping them launch their motor insurance products in the Dutch market.
Role Description
As the Motor Insurance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing MTPL and Casco insurance products for the Dutch market. You will assist in creating all necessary documentation, understand the Dutch data landscape, map out business processes, ensure compliance, and lead a policy administration team.
Must Have Skills
- Proven experience working in the policy administration department for motor insurance in a Dutch insurance company (min. 2 years)
- Strong understanding of MTPL (Third Party Liability) and Casco (Comprehensive) insurance products
- Experience with creating and managing insurance policy documents (offer documents, policy documents, green card documents, etc.)
- Familiarity with relevant Dutch insurance regulations and legislation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and verbal)
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working in an insurtech or startup environment
- Experience leading a team
