Role Description
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and enhancing the quality of learning content provided by external vendors. This role involves ensuring alignment with curriculum goals, platform standards, and managing schedules to guarantee timely updates and releases. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in adult learning, content development, and project management within the financial services sector.
Must Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in content review, instructional design, or project management
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in using LMS platforms and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise)
Nice to Have Skills
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with external vendors and managing third-party content
- Familiarity with gamification frameworks and active learning strategies
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Instructional Design (CPLP, CPTD)
- Experience in the financial services sector
