Our client, a leading global provider of reliable communications and networking solutions, devices and accessories, is seeking an experienced ISP Sales Senior Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales strategy and expansion within the UK and Ireland market.

About the Role: As the Head of ISP Sales, you will be responsible for renewing and cross-selling to large existing accounts, as well as prospecting for new business. You will work closely with the Country Managing Director and Head of PreSales to determine market strategy, growth goals, and provide product and user feedback.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strategic mindset, strong technical expertise, and a proven track record of success in the ISP/Telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in consultative solution selling of network-related products to both new and existing customers (Tier 1 & Tier 2 providers).
  • Take ownership of territorial and vertical sales responsibilities, establishing a robust sales pipeline and closing deals with large enterprises across the UK and Ireland.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our offerings align with customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teams to scope and manage customer projects effectively.
  • Contribute to the development and presentation of RFIs / RFPs
  • Identify new market opportunities and translate them into compelling propositions while expanding existing business.
  • Influence product strategy based on sales insights, developing new concepts and attack plans.
  • Manage costs in accordance with company guidelines, providing analysis to ensure strong ROI.
  • Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance corporate identity and visibility in the market.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in acquiring new customers within the Enterprise Telecom and ISP sectors
  • Strong channel knowledge and familiarity with the large market players
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the ISP channel and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills with expertise in training, presentations, and business planning.
  • Understanding of the target market and its dynamics in detail
  • Ability to multitask, conduct market research, and analyse results effectively.
  • Proven team player who can collaborate across various departments while thriving under tight deadlines.
