Our client, a global leader in the development and distribution of networking products and solutions, is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to join their dynamic team with responsibility for UK HR Operations and Development.

As a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategies and driving forward a positive organisational culture within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of HR, reporting into the country director you will:

  • Oversee all HR operations, aligning strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to provide expert HR guidance and coaching.
  • Manage employee relations, fostering a culture of engagement and compliance.
  • Develop and implement impactful people strategies and engagement programmes.

Must-Have Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of comprehensive HR experience
  • Experience in building and scaling the HR function in a growing SME enterprise.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse groups.
  • A CIPD Level 7 qualification.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a curiosity for HR best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:

  • Experience within the technology or telecommunications sector.
  • Familiarity with global HR practices and policies.
  • Expertise in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
