Be a Key Player in Data Center Operations:

Oversee the entire IT equipment installation process, from planning and scheduling to vendor management and quality control.

Manage and mentor the IT equipment installation crew, ensuring efficient task completion and high-quality work.

Review and approve installation plans, safeguarding adherence to stringent data center regulations and security protocols.

Supervise the entire IT equipment lifecycle, including installation, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

Implement a proactive approach to equipment maintenance, including spare parts management, fault diagnosis, and swift resolution of equipment emergencies.

Conduct routine inspections and analyze data to optimize equipment performance and meet capacity requirements.

Collaborate effectively with external vendors, ensuring timely maintenance, adherence to procedures, and continuous improvement in service quality.

Lead the internal IT operations and maintenance team, fostering their expertise and troubleshooting skills.

Develop and maintain clear and up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of data center operations.

Partner with procurement to ensure all purchased IT equipment and spare parts meet data center technical requirements and compatibility standards.
The Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a mandatory requirement.
Bonus Points:

Previous data center operations and maintenance experience.

Knowledge of IT equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance processes.

IT project management experience, with a proven track record planning and executing IT equipment installation projects.

In-depth understanding of data center operational security practices and procedures.

Professional certifications in IT infrastructure, such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, or ITIL.

Willingness to respond to emergency situations outside of regular working hours.
