Role Description
As the Global Export Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing export processes, and acting as the primary point of contact for all customer issues. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of international trade. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including production sites, third-party freight service suppliers, and global markets, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

Must Have Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer services/shipping environment
  • Strong knowledge of export processes, freight documentation, and terminology
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of customs requirements and specific market legislation

Nice to Have Skills

  • Third-level qualifications in a relevant field
  • Experience in supply chain management
  • Knowledge of CARM principles and CT-PAT compliance
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes in the beverage industry
  • Experience with KPI reporting and analysis
