The platform promotes seamless collaboration, providing a centralized space for tracking progress and making data-driven decisions. It’s intuitive, user-friendly, and suitable for both startups and larger organizations.
Their aim is to accelerate global innovation by setting the standard for B2B customer support tools. Integrated with the modern product stack, they enable customers to leverage support insights to build exceptional products.

They are growing out the engineering team and seek a second full-time founding engineer to join our core team.

- Replicache for a local-first sync approach
- Prosemirror-based content editor (Tiptap)
