Our client is a leading international ICT and smart devices provider and is looking to hire a Data Center Infrastructure O&M Engineer (Mandarin speaking) with 1+ year of experience in data center O&M and Knowledge of data center power systems and HVAC systems operating principles and best practices, and familiarity with AutoCAD

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operation and maintenance of the data center supplier, and ensure that the supplier complies with the service level agreement (SLA).
- Review and optimize O&M plan for data center power system/HVAC/BMS system
- Analyse energy usage data and make optimization recommendations to improve data center energy efficiency
- Coordinate and promote the supplier to implement equipment inspection and preventive maintenance
- Review fault reports and monitor the fault handling process and results of the supplier.
- Participate in the development of data center infrastructure upgrades and expansion plans
- Review the operation and maintenance SOP of the supplier and provide improvement suggestions.
- Ensure 24/7 stable operation of the data center and supervise the emergency response measures of the supplier
- Manage the internal O&M team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the data center meets business needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or HVAC Engineering
- 1+ year of experience in data center O&M
- Knowledge of data center power systems and HVAC systems operating principles and best practices, and familiarity with AutoCAD
- Relevant professional qualifications (such as electrical engineer, HVAC engineer, etc.)
- Familiarity with data center industry standards and regulations
- Flexibility to accept on-call work requests
- Fluency in both English, and Chinese (Mandarin)
