As a Data Analyst, you’ll leverage data insights to enhance our client’s patient support initiatives, including co-pay assistance programs.

We’re looking for candidates with a robust data analysis background, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector, who understand financial operations tied to patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and manage extensive datasets related to co-pay assistance programs.
  • Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation and cross-referencing with various sources.
  • Examine patient supporting program (PSP) data to spot trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for clear, actionable insights.
  • Conduct financial analyses to assess PSP impacts on company finances.
  • Recommend strategies to enhance PSP programs, balancing cost reduction and patient access.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement and track data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure all analyses comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Document data sources, methodologies, and findings thoroughly for audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, sales, and IT to gather requirements and deliver data insights.
  • Present complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of data analysis experience, with mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, data modelling, and hypothesis testing.
  • Strong communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Knowledge of healthcare payment systems, including co-payments and deductibles.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
